The majority of my practice is fully devoted to perinatal female bodied humans however I do offer Ayurvedic therapies, Arvigo Mayan Abdominal Massage, Ashiatsu, and Acupuncture to everyone. My passion is to help you create real lasting transformation so that you may achieve greater fulfillment of your purpose in this life.

Sunflower Graduated FSM in 2006. Aside from her private practice she continues to work at the Ayurvedic Health Retreat in Alachua Fl where she has worked for over 13 yrs providing cleansing and rejuvenating therapies.

Sunflower’s medicine massages access divinity by way of the body. She is an incredibly intuitive and deeply gifted healer whose work will affect you on all levels. Her work is an infusion of Ayurveda, Lomi, Lomi, Reiki, and Native American Wisdom. When she works on you somehow she is able to touch so many places on your body at once it feels as if her arms have turned into fluid waves of compassion that roll across and through every inch of your energetic and physical body releasing anything that is no longer serving your highest manifestation of self.

Through this therapeutic loving touch the gift of wholeness spontaneously arises. Separate body parts unify into the remembrance of the one continuous fully integrated, awakened, and aligned conscious creation that we are and this harmony creates healing. It is a truly magical and transformational experience to receive her work.

She is trained in Ayurvedic therapies including Netra and Kati Basti, Biodynamic Cranial Sacral, Thai Massage, Reiki and Sacred Lomi Lomi.

Ariela Grodner is the founder and lead instructor and practitioner at the Bodhi Sangha School of Thai Massage.

She began her teaching career in 1992 in the south of India educating prisoners and tribal villagers in the benefits and practice of Shivananda Yoga. Then she spent many years cultivating the Buddhist meditation technique known as Vipassana. Later in following her Tao she discovered the joys of improvisational contact dance.

After graduating from Florida School of Massage she discovered Thai Massage the perfect fusion of these techniques and practices. She is a certified Lotus Palm Practitioner (as taught by Kam Thye Chow) and has taught Thai Massage at the Florida School of Massage since 2004. She offers Thai Massage and Double Thai Sessions.

After receiving my bachelors in Psychology from UF in 2010 I enrolled at The Florida School of Massage in the Fall of 2012. As I shifted my focus from the mind to the body, I began learning the subtle and not-so-subtle ways our bodies are constantly trying to communicate with us. My goal is to help my clients listen to how they feel, breathe and move and translate that into useful information to guide us. Together we will release what is holding you back, keeping you stuck or restricting the full expression of your authentic self. In doing so we will improve your capacity to support yourself and be present with the people and activities you love.
